This recipe doesn’t warrant any lists; it’s really simple. It can be just one vegetable (like choy sam) or a medley (like beef and broccoli with onion). Just start with the garlic, and finish with light soy sauce. You could also add a dash of oyster sauce (if it doesn’t have too many additives) and rice vinegar. Sometimes a stir-fry doesn’t need any sauces, just garlic and salt, like with wombok, cauliflower or asparagus.
