This is a quick fix, like having a cup of tea, just a bit more filling! The miso packet stays in the fridge and between white or red, I probably prefer white.
- 1 seaweed sheet (nori, also used for sushi) cut into squares
- 1 tbs miso
- half a stem of shallots, chopped
- soft silken tofu, cubed
- 2 cups stock (e.g. from 1 stock cube)
- sesame oil
- optional: Chinese black fungus pre-soaked.
- optional: rice vermicelli noodles cooked for 4 minutes.
